SHIPPING

We provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your parcel. We also require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is delivered to the intended recipient.

Unfortunately, issues with parcel deliveries can sometimes occur. If you still have not received your package after 1–2 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate why your parcel has not yet arrived.

We offer a 14-day return guarantee. Of course, we are sorry that you changed your mind about your purchase, but we understand this can happen. You do not need to provide a reason, and we will accept your order back into stock.

Yes, we mainly ship our parcels within the EU. Please note that customs charges may apply if you place an order outside the EU.

WARRANTY

In the event of a defect or malfunction covered by warranty, we offer repair or replacement of the product. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or refund the purchase amount. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please contact our sales department. They will gladly assist you with your warranty request.

Our warranty policy covers defects or malfunctions that may occur within a specified period after the purchase date. This period varies depending on the product, and the warranty duration is clearly stated in the product description.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and is not transferable to another party.
To make use of our warranty policy, customers must contact us within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. This can be done by simply contacting us and providing your order number/invoice number.
We will then assess the issue and determine the best solution to resolve it.

If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or refund the purchase price.
Please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Yes, of course! If your product becomes defective within the warranty period, you can return it for repair. Contact us via our contact form and our customer service team will guide you through the return process and the repair of your product.

We understand that installation can sometimes be complicated. Contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to assist you. Initially, we will try to guide you remotely, but if necessary, we can arrange for a specialist to visit and help with the installation of your product.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

You can download the Wifipool app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply search for “Wifipool” and follow the installation instructions.

If you are experiencing problems logging into the Wifipool app, first check that you are using the correct login credentials. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service through our contact form and we will help you resolve the issue.

We understand that this can be frustrating, but we are here to help.
Please first try the following steps: Check that the WiFi network is correctly configured on your device and that the password has been entered correctly. Ensure that your device is within range of the WiFi signal and that there are no obstacles interfering with the connection. Restart your device and try reconnecting to the WiFi network.
If the problem persists, contact our customer service through our contact form. Our team is ready to help you solve the issue and ensure that your device connects correctly to WiFi.

To reset your device, please follow these steps: Check that you are connected to the correct network, as customers are sometimes connected to another network. Check the power supply and make sure the device is plugged in. At the bottom of your pump there is a small black ON/OFF button — please verify that it is switched on.
If you are using an iPhone: In the Wifipool app, select “Start Scanning” Point your camera at the supplied barcode sticker Connect the device from there
If you are using Android: In the Wifipool app, select “Start Searching for Devices” A device number should appear in your network Click on the device to connect
If you still cannot find the device in the app, you will need to perform the reset procedure: Plug and unplug the dosing pump power supply 7 times in a row Leave a 2–4 second interval between each action On the 7th time, leave the plug connected
Your device should now be reset.
Then repeat steps 1–4 and the connection should be successful.

Correct calibration of the probes for your automatic dosing system is essential for accurate measurement and chemical dosing in your swimming pool.
Please follow these steps: Ensure your pool water is clean and properly balanced before calibration. Consult the manual of your automatic dosing system for specific calibration instructions. Calibrate the pH probe by immersing it in a pH calibration solution with known pH values (usually 7 and 4 or 10). Follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Calibrate the chlorine or Redox probe by immersing it in a calibration solution with known chlorine or Redox values. Again, follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Regularly check that the probes remain properly calibrated and make adjustments if necessary. Keep a logbook of your calibration activities, including dates, times and calibration results.
